Operations

Refresh scope and operating model

The public base package is a single-facility beta pilot decision-support layer. During beta, selected teams use a guided MVP workflow and executive brief while the full self-serve platform is prepared. If you are looking for how 483Radar works, this page explains the refresh cadence, analysis workflow, and operational boundaries without replacing formal operating systems.

Current beta boundary

Beta customers receive guided setup, a single-facility analysis workflow, executive brief output, and live review support. Full self-serve, multi-user, multi-site, and enterprise workflows are part of the broader platform rollout rather than the initial beta pilot.

Refresh scope

483Radar works from a current FDA dataset workflow with visible timing context. Public freshness language should be read as workflow cadence, not as a claim that every source is always complete, lag-free, or fully automated.

Single-facility operating cadence

  • Set up the facility profile and confirm the FDA match when available.
  • Run analysis against the current saved dataset snapshot and selected analysis date.
  • Review score drivers, reliability, freshness, and action framing with leadership.
  • Escalate into existing readiness, CAPA, QMS, or consulting workflows as needed.

What is automated versus manual

Deterministic scoring, reliability labeling, and persisted report output are automated once the data foundation exists. Interpretation, escalation, and regulated decision-making remain the responsibility of qualified personnel.

Operational burden

The intended value proposition is less manual synthesis and clearer prioritization, not a new layer of recurring evidence assembly. Teams should use the output to focus review effort, not to duplicate existing controlled workflows.

Scaling beyond the pilot

The public beta pricing package is intentionally narrow. Multi-user, multi-site, and enterprise or CDMO workflows belong in broader deployment planning rather than being implied by the single-facility base tier. Beta pilot customers receive priority transition into the full platform rollout when those workflows open.
